Establish a working relationship with the customer’s key personnel on site to discuss the projects requirements, make recommendations and to work closely with the project architect, general contractor or project manager to devise the best infrastructure design to meet the defined scope.

 

Result:

 

Wilkes Solutions procured and expedited the Category 6 and Fiber Optic materials ahead of schedule which allowed the installation to begin prior to the set milestone. The Wilkes Solutions project manager worked closely with the customer to schedule installation of cable tray, ladder rack, fiber runway, Category 6 plenum rated cable, Fiber Optic cable, patch panels, fiber distributions panels, face plates, jack terminations and the build-out of the telecom closet. With the close working relationship between Wilkes Solutions and the customer the entire project was completed ahead of schedule and within budget.
